The VCF and VCHT compensation modules are designed to enhance the accuracy, flexibility, and reliability of robotic handling operations. The VCHT is compatible with VRTG and VRTE series rotary units; the VCF application is task‑specific.

VCHT — position compensation module — is designed for automatic alignment of a gripped workpiece relative to the working position, tooling, or machine tool. The module compensates for permissible positional deviations of the workpiece and reduces the risk of damage to the gripper, workpiece, and equipment in the event of collisions. VCF — floating compensation module — compensates for misalignment, tilting, and positioning errors between mating components. The module provides controlled displacement of the end-effector along one, two, or three axes, reducing the risk of jamming and component damage during assembly and installation operations.
