Miniature inductive proximity sensors of the LDS04 series, in a cylindrical housing with a diameter of only 4 mm, are designed for operation in confined mounting conditions.
The ultra-compact design enables installation of LDS04 sensors in narrow slots, on compact robot grippers, and in quick-change tool devices (grippers).
Suitable for QTC 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 300 models.
Non-contact detection of metal objects, a 1.5 mm sensing range, and LED status indication make the LDS04 a convenient and reliable component of modern automation systems. The sensors monitor the closed state and surface contact, prevent false triggering, and provide clear visual monitoring of the unit’s operation directly at the installation site.
